Make sure you ready your gym outfits the night before
Clothes..or rather gym outfits can be very motivating especially if they’re cool and cute looking! But seriously, prepping it the night before can save you a lot of time in the morning and laziness of finding what to wear won’t set in! You won’t also be forgetting the essentials. I also read that some would even SLEEP in their workout clothes! So that in the morning they just roll out of bed!
2. That alarm clock? Place it across your room.
Yup, that’s right. When it is placed by your bedside tendency is you will just hit snooze and go back to sleep. Placing it across your room will force you to get up and turn it off!
3. Automate your playlist and crank up some tunes!
Load your favorite music app with upbeat songs and automate it. This will get your body in the mood to move and get up! Plus you’ll get benefits from a music-filled morning.
4. Get a friend to workout with you
Getting a workout buddy can be beneficial. She can act as your second alarm clock especially if she is a morning person. And if you feel like going back to sleep but knowing you are letting someone down by not showing up...you are more likely to GET UP and not let her down!
